To kick off my blog, today I went to day one of the media preview for the 2016 Chicago Auto Show held in the McCormick Place in Chicago, IL. Recently it's become a bit of a tradition for me to attend the media preview days as the official start to automotive photography season for me. It's a great time to take a few hours out of my day to be surrounded by the world's newest cars all sitting under one roof for me to take my time photographing. It sort of sets the mood for how I plan to approach shooting cars throughout the year, giving me plenty of time to try different approaches. It's definitely my favorite part about February in Chicago.
